On Monday I start a 5-day sugar detox…after Halloween sugar cleanse. No sugar 5 days! Fruits, veggies, chicken, ground turkey, etc. NO sugar. I have to learn to read labels and … are you ready? drink my morning coffee – without … SUGAR. Oh boy. I’m excited. I’m going to increase my workouts this week, too. Capitalize on what I hope to be a great thing. If it works well, I’ll do two weeks. Then maybe three…then 21 days will become a habit!
My friend has always told me consistency is key, I’ve said it before. Stick to your guns. Set your goals and don’t change them simply because it’s too difficult. Hard work DOES pay off. Hard work DOES show results.
