10K update

An earlier post expressed my excitement and anxiety about running a 10k in September.  Tonight, just a quick update for those inquiring minds. I started training June 26. Since training started, I’ve run 4 days a week and have done a crosstraining workout once a week. I haven’t missed one session of either. I’ve completed 73.65 miles. I’ve completed a “practice 10k” in 1hr 8min. Not the best but not horrible. I’ve taken advice from other runners and some advice from friends. So thank you all for your continued encouragement. Below is tonight’s run and “practice 10k”
